Silex School District would like to welcome Christie Keller to our school family. Christie will be working part-time beside our School Nurse, Marlene Lewallen. Christie is a 2005 Silex High School graduate & resides in Silex with her husband and four children. She graduated with a Nursing Degree (LPN) in 2011. She is excited to be working back in her hometown. Welcome to the District, Christie!

This year, families in our school have the opportunity to participate in the Sts. Joachim and Ann Care Service Adopt-A-Family program. This program connects volunteers, donors, and families to provide holiday gifts for up to 20 families in need within our district. If your family would be interested in receiving holiday assistance this year, please contact Mrs. Heitgerd no later than Thursday, September 17th to receive an application.
