The October Board of Education meeting will now be held at 5:30 p.m. instead of 7:00 p.m., on Wednesday, October 12th, due to District softball games being rescheduled.

The Class 1 District 7 softball games being held at Silex are POSTPONED for today. They are rescheduled for Wednesday, October 12th, Van-Far vs. Clopton at 5:00 p.m.; Silex vs. Community at 7:00 p.m. The Championship game will be played on Thursday, October 13th at 6:00 p.m.

Attention Junior High & High School Winter Sports Athletes! Junior High winter sports practices begin on October 11th & High School begins on October 31st. All students wanting to participate must have a physical, MSHSAA pre-participation form & the GREEN winter sports practice card. Junior High athletes must have their paperwork turned in by Friday, October 7th & High School athletes by Friday, October 28th.
