Silex High School Winter Sports Athletes: Practices begins on Monday, October 30th. You must have a current physical, other paperwork and the "light green" practice card completed and approved by Coach Evans in order to start practice. If you have any questions, please see Coach Evans.

Cross Country Districts will be held on Saturday, October 28th at South Callaway High School. All tickets must be purchased online for ages 6 and up. NEW PHYSICAL FORMS
Sports physical evaluations are required every two years in order to be eligible to participate. If you are needing a physical, new forms must be filled out. All 4 pages must be filled out by your physician, but only the last page (MSHSAA Medical Eligibility Form - Step 3) must be turned in to your coach. Keep the other 3 pages for your records.
If you have a physical on file from last year and it is good for another year, you do not need to do anything. If you have a physical that has expired or needing a new one, you must fill out the new forms.
Please be sure to obtain a physical and fill out the "light green tryout card", code of conduct form and drug testing form prior to the first day of winter sports practices. High school will start on October 30, 2023.
