The JV girls will only play 2 quarters on February 15th at Silex vs. Elsberry. Game time is 6 p.m.

On Wednesday, January 31st the JV girls will play 2 quarters followed by the Varsity girls at Silex vs. Bowling Green. Game time is 6:00 p.m.

Silex High School Basketball: When we play Louisiana on Feb. 14th, we will now play 2 quarters of JV girls. We will start with Varsity girls at 5 p.m., followed by the 2 quarters of JV girls, and then followed by Varsity boys.
Activities for Friday, January 26, 2024: Wear your KC Chiefs attire or your favorite team apparel; Varsity girls at Bowling Green Tournament vs. North Callaway, 4:30 p.m.; Silex Youth Basketball, 5:30 p.m.; last day for NHS Valentine Grams; Elementary Yearbook sale; FBLA Butter Braid sales continue through February 9th.

The Quiz Bowl meet scheduled for tonight has been rescheduled for next Wednesday, January 31st at 4:30 p.m. at Van-Far.
The Bowling Green Tournament games will be played this evening; the StuCo Polar Plunge shirt orders are now due tomorrow.
Due to road conditions the Silex R1 school district will be out of school on Tuesday, January 23.
