Congratulations to Claire Kinion for being selected to attend Missouri Girls State this summer! Missouri Girls State gives young women who have just finished their Junior year in high school the opportunity to study city, county and state government. It is an extensive week of government and Americanism study sponsored by the American Legion Auxiliary and local businesses. Claire would like to thank Silex Banking Company, Lincoln County Moose Lodge, David Wommack Repair/Lolar Branch, Millwood Ladies Auxiliary 2009 and Jessica Zumwalt-Lincoln County Collector, for sponsoring her. Girls State enforces the understanding that every person is an integral part of the political process and has a responsibility to make tomorrow a better place and time.
Golf at Wright City (Innsbrook) is cancelled for tonight, Wednesday, April 3rd. If it is rescheduled, we will post that information and update our calendar.
Activities for Thursday, April 4, 2024: Cardinals home opener, wear red, Cardinals apparel or your favorite team apparel; ACT test for Juniors; golf at Montgomery County, 4 p.m.
The baseball game scheduled for Wednesday, April 3rd at Montgomery County will now be played on Friday, April 5th at 5:00 p.m.
The baseball game scheduled for today, Tuesday, April 2nd, at Silex vs. Elsberry is cancelled. It is rescheduled for Friday, April 19th at 5:00 p.m.
The HS Track meet scheduled for Wednesday, April 3rd at Bowling Green has been moved to Friday, April 5th.
