The seventh grade field trip scheduled for Wednesday, May 15th to Busch Wildlife has been canceled. We are unsure at this time if we will be able to reschedule.
The District Championship baseball game scheduled for today is postponed until tomorrow, Wednesday, May 15th at 5:00 p.m. at Silex.
Due to unforeseen circumstances, Preschool Promotion will now be held on Monday, May 20th at 1:15 p.m.
Activities for Wednesday, May 15, 2024: Final exams for Seniors; 3rd/4th grade field trip to Mark Twain Cave; Spring Music Concert for grades 6-12, 6 p.m. in the high school gym.
The baseball District Championship game will be held on Tuesday, May 14th at 5:00 p.m. between Sturgeon and Van-Far at Silex.

The HS girls soccer game vs. Warrenton that was cancelled yesterday, will now be played tomorrow, Friday, May 10th at 4:30 p.m. at Elsberry.

HS Girls Soccer: There is no news about today's soccer game yet. The game against North Point on Thursday, May 9th is cancelled. The first District game is on Monday, May 13th at Lutheran St. Charles against Cardinal Ritter at 6:15 p.m. The bus will leave at 4:15 p.m.

Tonight is the K-2 Elementary Spring Concert in the elementary gym at 6 p.m. Please enter through the elementary doors.
On Friday, May 10th the Silex Owls Baseball Team will be playing in the District Semifinal game at Silex High School scheduled for a 2:00 p.m. start. We would like to allow any 6-12 student the opportunity to attend the game. The cost is $6.00 per student to attend and can be paid at the High School office. Deadline to pay and attend will be 9:00 AM on May 10th. Students who need to ride the bus, be picked up, etc. will leave the game at 3:20 to ensure normal end of the day procedures. Students wear your GREEN as this will be a spirit day as well to support our Owls. Good luck and hope to see you at the game!
