Physicals for the 2024-2025 school year: sports physical evaluations are required every two years in order to be eligible to participate. If you are needing a physical, new forms must be filled out. All 4 pages must be filled out by your physician, but only the last page (MSHSAA Medical Eligibility Form - Step 3) must be turned in to your coach. Keep the other 3 pages for your records. If you have a physical on file from last year and it is good for another year, you do not need to do anything. If you have a physical that has expired or needing a new one, you must fill out the new forms. Please be sure to obtain a physical and fill out the "RED tryout card", code of conduct form and drug testing form prior to the first day of fall sports practices. High school practices will start on August 12, 2024 and middle school will start on August 19, 2024. Silex Elementary Summer School 2024 May 30-June 14 (Tuesday-Friday) 8:00-3:00 Transportation is not provided - Drop off will be 7:45-8:00 in the elementary parking lot, pick up will be from 3:00-3:10 in the elementary parking lot.
