Tonight is the Fall Sports Athletic Banquet. We will be recognizing middle school and high school athletes who participated in cross country and softball. Travel releases were given to sophomore students today for our tour of Pike-Lincoln Tech Center on Friday, November 8th. We would love for all of our sophomores to attend this tour. We will be celebrating our FFA Ag Issues NATIONAL CHAMPIONS with a parade tomorrow, Saturday, October 26th as the team returns from FFA National Convention. We would love to see the community line the streets of Silex to welcome them home! They will be escorted by the Lincoln County Sheriff’s Department. Their expected arrival is between 4:00-4:30 p.m. on Saturday. If this changes, we will update the Silex Facebook page with information. This is a huge accomplishment and we want to celebrate them in a BIG way! All community members are encouraged to attend. We hope to see you there! 💙💛🙌
