A JV/V girls basketball game has been added to the schedule for this Thursday, January 16th at Silex vs. Monroe City. Game time is 6 p.m.
Activities for Wednesday, January 15, 2025: National Hat Day, wear your favorite hat, must be school appropriate; 5th grade S.T.A.R.T. graduation, 2:30 p.m.; Quiz Bowl at Clopton, 4:30 p.m.; Junior Class After Prom meeting, 5:30 p.m.; Varsity/JV girls basketball at Silex vs. Clopton, 6 p.m.; Black Out Night against cancer during the V/JV games.
Silex R-1 will be running snow routes on Tuesday, January 14th and Wednesday January 15th. Snow route information can be found on the school website and Facebook page. PLTC will be in session.
Lady Owls Basketball: On Wednesday, January 15th vs. Clopton, we will play Varsity girls first then 2 quarters of girls JV due to Clopton's low numbers. It is also Black Out Night against cancer! Game time is 6 p.m. at home. Go Lady Owls! 💚🏀
