The Silex Golf team competed in the Elsberry Invitational on Monday, April 19th. Carter Johnston placed 8th overall, shooting an 83! Congratulations!

Quiz Bowl placed 4th at their district meet on Saturday! Landon White placed 2nd overall individually. What a great way to end the season! Congratulations to all!

Spring Sports Senior Night
The High School Track Meet scheduled for Tuesday, April 20th at Montgomery County will now be held on Monday, April 19th. Field events will begin at 3:00 p.m. and running events will begin at 4:30 p.m.

Mr. Tedder's 4th grade students, Makennah & Connor, will be greeting & assisting students in the mornings before school for the next couple of weeks. Gina Harris, Silex Elementary Principal, started the "Morning Greeters" program in January. If any elementary students need help in the mornings, Makennah & Connor will be happy to assist them.
